Verslo Trikampis conversion: a new multifunctional district in Vilnius Old Town

Almost 3ha of land will be transformed over the next few years - the space currently dedicated to offices will be transformed into a new, multifunctional and quality of life district in the heart of Vilnius, on the banks of the Neris River. 

In a 3ha space in the Old Town of the capital, on the banks of the River Neris, a multifunctional district will be developed, combining residential, work and leisure functions.

Darnu Group plans to clean and improve the Neris waterfront, develop high quality public spaces accessible to all residents and visitors. 

The design of the area is currently underway and is being taken care of by the 4 best architectural studios that won the architectural competition. 

The current Business Triangle, as one of the largest business spaces in Vilnius, was created in 1999-2006. Today, it comprises seven office buildings with 47,000 sqm of leasable space, a grocery store, cafes and commercial premises.
