Artery - 23 000 m2 - A+ class business centre in the heart of Vilnius CBD - Konstitucijos pr. 18B

Business centre is planned to be certified with the global BREEAM Excellent New Construction sustainability certificate, meeting the requirements of a "Green" building. 

Designed by Studio Libeskind, led by one of the world's most famous architects, Daniel Libeskind.

The building is characterized by unconventional architectural, structural and engineering solutions. Each of the 20 floors is unique, smart elevators generate electricity and regulate the flow of passengers by phone, and a solar power plant is installed on the rooftop.
