The Vilnius Pass is your key to discovering Vilnius at its best for less. The Vilnius Pass is oriented towards tourists who want to make the most of their trips and experience as much of the city as possible.

The Vilnius Pass lets users visit museums free of charge, participate in free walking tours and Hop-On/Hop-Off tours, receive discounts on bike rentals, and take a boat, scooter and bicycle tours! It’s a great way to explore Vilnius, whether for the first or tenth time!

The Vilnius Pass gives users a one-time discount at each partner place/service provider.

Each type of Vilnius Pass (except the 72-hour Vilnius Pass that includes public transport) offers the same discounts. The only difference is the validity period of the Vilnius Pass. You can choose a 24, 48 or 72-hour Vilnius Pass. The longer the validity of the Vilnius Pass, the more discounts you can take advantage of. There is one Vilnius Pass that also provides free public transport.

The main difference is that the Vilnius Pass for children (7-17 years) can be purchased with a discount. Children must have a document confirming their age. The Vilnius Pass is not relevant for children under 7 years of age, as access to most museums and participation in excursions are free for them anyway.

You can purchase the Vilnius Pass online or at one of our Tourist Information Centres. We recommend purchasing it online because it’s quicker and you will save €1 per pass.

Keep in mind: if you buy the 72-hour Vilnius Pass that includes public transport, you will need to recuperate the physical card at one of our Tourist Information Centres.

If you purchase any type of Vilnius Pass without public transport ONLINE, you can use your Vilnius Pass in 3 ways:

  1. Use it on your phone by simply showing the attached PDF voucher directly from your device;
  2. Print the PDF voucher at home; or
  3. Get the physical card by bringing your voucher to one of the Vilnius Tourist Information Centres.

 

The Vilnius Pass is activated when the QR code is scanned at the first location and is valid for 24/48/72 hours. You will need to show it (on your device, printed or physical card) when visiting each place that accepts the Vilnius Pass.

 

If you bought a physical Vilnius Pass at one of our Tourist Information Centres, simply show the card when visiting each place that accepts the Vilnius Pass.

If you purchase a 72-hour Vilnius Pass that includes public transport ONLINE, you will need to obtain the physical card at one of our Vilnius Tourist Information Centres by presenting your digital voucher or order number you receive when purchasing the pass online. You don’t need to print the voucher; it’s enough to have it on your mobile device. Let’s save the planet!

You can also purchase a 72-hour Vilnius Pass directly from one of our Vilnius Tourist Information Centres, but keep in mind that buying online saves you €1 per pass.

Important! Don’t forget to activate the Vilnius Pass the first time you use public transport.

It’s easy to share Vilnius Passes. There are 2 ways to do it:          

  • Go to the account you registered when purchasing the Vilnius Passes here. Open the ‘My Vilnius Pass’ section and see your list of purchased Vilnius Passes. Next to each pass you will see ‘Share’ and ‘Download’ buttons. Press the ‘Share’ button and enter the email address of the person with whom you would like to share the pass. This person will receive an email with the Vilnius Pass you sent them.
  • After purchasing your Vilnius Passes online you will receive an email with PDF vouchers that you can send to others.

When purchasing the Vilnius Pass we ask you to provide us with the user’s gender, age and country. This information provided by customers helps us improve our product according to our customer demographics. This information is confidential and is not provided to third parties.

If you would like to change the type of Vilnius Pass purchased online, you will need to return it and order a new one. You can return your Vilnius Pass purchased online if it has not been used (activated at any of the attractions) within 30 days of the order date. To return the Vilnius Pass, please fill in this form.

After submitting the form and confirming that you Vilnius Pass has not been used, we will deactivate it and send you a return confirmation letter within five days. The money will be transferred to the bank account from which the pass was purchased within 30 days of receiving the confirmation letter.

If the Vilnius Pass was purchased at one of Vilnius Tourist Information Centres, exchanging the type of Vilnius Pass can only be done at the same centre where it was originally purchased by showing the receipt. The Vilnius Pass must be not used (activated at any of the attractions).

Once activated, the Vilnius Pass cannot be returned. Lost, damaged or stolen Vilnius Passes cannot be refunded.

A Vilnius Pass purchased online can easily be returned. Please keep in mind that the Vilnius Pass can be returned and fully refunded only if it has not been used (activated at any of the attractions) within 30 days of the order date. To return the Vilnius Pass, please fill in this form.

Once your form is submitted and we confirm that your Vilnius Pass has not been activated, we will cancel it and send you a return confirmation letter within five days. The money will be transferred to the bank account from which the pass was purchased within 30 days of receiving the confirmation letter.

Each customer will receive an invoice via email following their purchase.
