The „Vilnius Pass" is the best way to get to know Vilnius while spending the least amount of money. The card is designed for tourists who want to experience and see as much as possible in the city during their stay. 

With the „Vilnius Pass", you can visit museums for free, take part in free tours, fly with hot air balloon or visit TOP attractions with great discounts. You’ll also save money on souvenirs, bicycle tours or rentals. The Vilnius Pass is a great way to explore Vilnius, whether it’s your first or tenth time here! 

The “Vilnius Pass” is available in three options. No matter which pass you choose, you will receive the same discounts and benefits. The only difference is the validity period. You can choose a 24-hour, 48-hour, or 72-hour Vilnius Pass. The longer the validity period, the more opportunities you will have to use the included discounts and offers.

A public transport ticket is included only with the “24 Hours + Public Transport Ticket” pass.

 

The „Vilnius Night Pass“ is a tourist card designed for visitors who want to discover Vilnius after dark. The card brings together evening and nightlife experiences across the city - from bars and live music venues to gastronomy spots, entertainment spaces and unique evening activities.

It is a convenient way to explore a different side of Vilnius while enjoying special offers and discounts at selected partner locations.

The classic „Vilnius Pass“ is focused on daytime sightseeing, museums, galleries, guided tours and the city’s main attractions. Meanwhile, the „Vilnius Night Pass“ is created specifically for evening and nighttime experiences in Vilnius.

With the „Vilnius Night Pass“, visitors can discover the city’s nightlife, live music, gastronomy, cultural experiences and entertainment scene after 6 PM, experiencing a more vibrant and modern side of Vilnius.

The card can be purchased online, with the „Vilnius Pass" app, or at the Vilnius tourist information centre.

  • The „Vilnius Pass" gives users a one-time discount at each partner place/service provider.

    With the pass including public transport, it is possible to utilize Vilnius public transportation (bus, trolleybus) for free within the time of the pass.

  • With the „Vilnius Night Pass“, visitors will receive special discounts and offers at selected bars and night clubs, entertainment venues, restaurants, active experiences and other evening activities in Vilnius.

Open the Google Play Store or App Store and enter ‘Vilnius Pass’ in the search bar.

If you’ve already purchased the card online, links to download the Vilnius Pass app will be included in the confirmation letter.

If you purchased a „Vilnius Pass" online and want to use it in the mobile app, download the Vilnius Pass app and log in with the same account you used at the time of purchase. 

When purchasing the card, visitors must select the date when the „Vilnius Night Pass“ will start working. The card is automatically activated at 6 PM on the selected day and remains valid for 3 evenings/nights.

After purchasing the card, visitors can either use the digital voucher sent by email or access the mobile card through the app. Before ordering services at partner locations, visitors should inform the staff that they have the „Vilnius Night Pass“ and present the ticket on their phone.

Some partners will scan the card, while others will simply check it visually. For certain experiences, advance booking is required using a special discount code, which will be provided after purchasing the card.

Yes. You’ll need to download the mobile app, register, and sync the card you purchased to the app. 

You can return a „Vilnius Pass" purchased online or with the mobile app if you have not used it, i.e. you have not activated it at any of the attractions within 30 days of placing the order. If you would like to change the type of „Vilnius Pass" purchased online or with the mobile app, you should return it and order a new one.

After filling in the return form and confirming that your „Vilnius Pass" has not been activated, it will be deactivated and you will receive a letter confirming the refund within five days. The money will be transferred to the account that was used to pay for the card within 30 days of this confirmation. 

If you already have a „Vilnius Pass" that you bought at one of the Vilnius tourist information centres and decide that you want to change the type, you can only do this at the same centre that you bought it at. The card must have not been activated at any of the attractions, and you must have the receipt.

Once you activate your „Vilnius Pass", you can no longer return it. Money for lost, damaged or stolen cards is also non-refundable.

If you purchased online card or with the mobile app, you can use it in three ways:

  1. show the card in the Vilnius Pass app (its QR code) on your mobile phone; 

  2. show the coupon received in PDF format (coupon QR code) on your mobile phone; 

  3. show the physical card, which you can get at one of the Tourist Information Centres by presenting the PDF coupon.

  4. For the "24 hours + public transport" pass, the public transport ticket is activated separately upon scanning the QR code in public transportation.

 

The „Vilnius Pass" is activated by scanning its QR code at the first attraction. Depending on the type, it will be valid for 24, 48 or 72 hours. You’ll need to show the card (in the mobile app, as a digital coupon on your mobile phone, or a physical card) each time you visit a site included on the „Vilnius Pass" list of attractions.

If you bought your „Vilnius Pass" at one of the tourist information centres, simply show it at the entrance to each site. 

For the "24 hours + public transport" pass, the public transport ticket is activated separately upon scanning the QR code in public transportation.

A „Vilnius Pass" purchased online, with the mobile app, or at one of the Vilnius tourist information centres must be activated within 12 months of the date of purchase. 

Yes. Sharing cards is possible and simple. There are three ways to do this:

- Go to the account you created when purchasing the Vilnius Pass. In the ‘My Vilnius Pass’ section, go to the list of purchased cards. You’ll see ‘Share’ and ‘Download’ buttons next to each card. Click the ‘Share’ button and enter the e-mail address of the person you’d like to share the card with. This person will receive an e-mail with the „Vilnius Pass" you gave to him or her. 

- When you purchase a „Vilnius Pass" online, you will receive an e-mail with a PDF coupon, which you can forward to other people. 

- If you want to share cards you purchased with other people, they will have to install the Vilnius Pass app on their mobile devices, register, and sync the ID code of the card you gave them to the app.

Cards purchased in your name and their PDF coupons are also stored in the account you created when you purchased the Vilnius Pass. In the ‘My Vilnius Pass’ section, go to the list of purchased cards. Next to each card you’ll see ‘Share’ and ‘Download’ buttons. Click ‘Download’ and the Vilnius Pass PDF coupon you lost will be sent to your device.

You can also contact the Vilnius Tourism Information Centre with a request to update the information of the lost Vilnius Pass PDF coupon and transfer this card to the mobile app or issue a physical card instead of the lost coupon. When contacting them about the lost Vilnius Pass PDF coupon, please provide the following information: name and surname of the buyer, date of purchase, and the type of card purchased.

Yes. Returning a „Vilnius Pass" purchased online or with the mobile app is easy. Please note that you can return a card and receive a refund within 30 days of placing the order, provided that it was not activated at any of the attractions. 

Once you complete the refund form and confirm that your card has not been activated, it will be suspended and you will receive a refund confirmation letter within five days. The money will be transferred to the account that was used to pay for the card within 30 days of this confirmation.

If you bought a „Vilnius Pass" at one of the Vilnius tourist information centres, you can return it at the same centre that you bought it at, provided that you have the receipt. Important! The „Vilnius Pass" must have not been activated at any of the attractions.

Once you activate your „Vilnius Pass", you can no longer return it. Money for lost, damaged or stolen cards is also non-refundable.

Each customer will receive an invoice via email following their purchase.
