On September 26, Vilnius will become the meeting point for the Baltics’ leading investors as it hosts the Foreign Investors Annual Summit 2025. Organized by the American Chamber of Commerce in Lithuania in partnership with Go Vilnius, the event will unite global experts, investors, business leaders, and policymakers to explore how Lithuania can sustain investor momentum and unlock new opportunities for foreign investment.
At the Investor Forum, the keynote address will be delivered by Chris Knight, Head of FT Locations at the Financial Times Group. He is recognized as one of the world’s leading experts in helping countries and cities attract foreign investment.
Now in its fourth year, the event brings together more than 700 decision-makers, investors, policymakers, and international business leaders. This year’s forum will highlight Vilnius as a competitive, agile, and investment-ready capital.
“Vilnius is no longer just a growing city – it is a dynamic and ambitious platform for investment, talent, and innovation. At this forum, we aim to strategically assess what actions our entire ecosystem must take so that, even as global investment flows slow down, Lithuania remains a reliable, value-creating, and long-term trusted destination for international business,” says Mangirdas Šapranauskas, Head of Foreign Investment and Talent Development at Go Vilnius.
Through inspiring keynote sessions, panel discussions, and interactive fireside chats, participants of the Foreign Investors Annual Summit 2025 will examine Lithuania’s position on the global economic stage and explore what steps are needed to make the country a leading example of an advanced investment environment in Europe.
“Vilnius is a city that thinks strategically, moves fast, and offers investors not only a strong ecosystem but a true partnership. Decisions are made efficiently here, and collaboration between the city and its business community is built on trust and on the shared goal of creating long-term value,” says Tadas Vizgirda, Head of the US company Shift4 Payments in Vilnius and Chairman of the American Chamber of Commerce in Lithuania.
Both local and international participants will have the opportunity to connect with professionals across sectors – from business to government and international investors. Attendees will gain valuable insights directly from experts and business leaders, discover new collaboration opportunities, and explore potential partnerships for both new projects and long-term initiatives. The forum will also provide space for new ideas, broader perspectives, and a clearer understanding of where to focus efforts for future growth.
The Foreign Investors Annual Summit will take place on September 26 at the Radisson Blu Hotel Lietuva in Vilnius. Participation is free, but advance registration is required.
