Vilnius’ Evolving Conference Landscape

Vilnius continues to strengthen its position as a vibrant destination for meetings and events, with significant renovations, new facilities, and expanded capacities enhancing its appeal.

Phase two of the hotel’s conference centre upgrade has been completed, introducing a refreshed lobby and balcony for a brighter, more welcoming guests experience. This follows the earlier upgrade of 14 meeting rooms and adjacent areas. The final stage of the project—focused on the Alfa Hall, the largest space accommodating up to 700 delegates—will begin at the end of July and is set to be completed within one month. By the end of August, the fully modernised conference centre will feature 17 multifunctional rooms ready to host events of all sizes. Just in time for summer, a new open-air terrace overlooking the Neris River has also been unveiled, providing an excellent setting for receptions or informal meetings.

This historic hotel has recently revamped its conference centre, now offering six state-of-the-art meeting rooms for 12 to 150 delegates. The new Astorija Aperitivo Bar blends classic charm with a modern concept, serving signature cocktails inspired by the legend of the mysterious sorceress Anastasia.

From July to mid-November, the hotel’s conference centre will undergo complete renovation, bringing in upgraded technology and elegant, locally inspired interiors, including custom M.K. Čiurlionis-themed wallpaper. During this period, the hotel remains fully operational, welcoming guests with its 93 elegant rooms, exceptional spa facilities, and full range of amenities. Once completed, the renewed conference centre will offer four stylish meeting rooms accommodating up to 180 attendees.

Opening this autumn in central Vilnius, the new AC Hotel will offer 271 rooms and four conference rooms, with capacities up to 96 each, which can combine to host up to 400 delegates. The hotel will include a large restaurant and lounge bar suited for receptions and networking.

A favourite among sports enthusiasts, Urbihop Hotel is expanding from 98 to 118 rooms by the end of summer. Event facilities remain fully available throughout the process, including three meeting rooms, a 100-seat restaurant, and a 24/7 lobby bar.

Opening in early 2026, this new venue will anchor Vilnius’ fast-growing tech and creative industries hub. Housed in a revitalised historic sewing factory, it will offer three high-tech conference halls, versatile event spaces, including both light and dark rooms light- and dark-themed event spaces, a central restaurant, seven additional dining options, and a relaxing courtyard.
