To participate, participants must:

1. Send one photo of their costume or style detail via Instagram direct message to the official Go Vilnius account.

2. In the same message, include the following information:

• Full name (or name + surname initial)

• Country of residence

• Confirmation text:

“I confirm that this is my original work, that the photo does not violate any third-party rights (including image rights, copyrights, and trademarks), and that I agree to the contest rules and personal data processing. I grant VšĮ ‘Go Vilnius’ a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use the photo (publish, publicly display, reproduce) for contest-related communication and marketing purposes, with credit to the author.”

3. Follow the official Go Vilnius Instagram account.

Notes: Only photos are accepted (videos are not accepted) / One participant may submit only one entry / Public posting on Instagram is optional and does not affect selection

Prize includes (for winner +1):

• Trip to Vilnius during Vilnius Pink Soup Fest

• Accommodation 

• Pink Soup Fest merchandise

Notes: Flights may include layovers and may not be direct / Accommodation will be in a hotel of at least 3-star category / Exact travel dates and conditions are determined by the organizer

Participants must submit their picture within this period.

Organizer reviews all DM submissions

 Will check:

• Photo included

• Required info included

• Rules followed

• Content appropriate

Non-compliant entries are disqualified.

• Creativity and originality

• Fit to theme

• Visual impact

• Effort in styling/execution

• Overall concept

Finalists selected in two categories:

• International finalists

• Lithuania-based finalists

• Finalists posted on official Go Vilnius Instagram

• Public votes for favorites

• Voting lasts 72 hours

Note: Organizer may remove fraudulent votes or disqualify participants if manipulation is detected.

Winners contacted via Instagram DM.

They must confirm:

• Ability to travel (if applicable)

• Country of residence

• Valid passport for winner and +1

If no response within 48 hours, prize goes to another finalist.

• Winners announced on official Instagram

• Winning content may be reposted with credit

• International winner +1 - travel and hotel booked

• Lithuania winner +1 - local travel and hotel arranged
