Lithuanian National Museum of Art - National Gallery of Art

The National Gallery of Art of the LNMA is a multifunctional space of art and culture in Vilnius featuring Lithuanian and foreign art from the 20th–21st centuries. The permanent display of the museum’s collection introduces the public into modernist and contemporary Lithuanian painting, sculpture, graphic arts, photography, objects, installations and video art. The temporary exhibition rooms put on Lithuanian and foreign artists. The museum’s conference rooms host conferences, lectures and cultural events, screenings of film and video art by Lithuanian and foreign artists. The NGA runs educational events and creative workshops for children of different ages and for visitors with special needs; it organizes tours and meetings with the museum staff as well as with Lithuanian and foreign artists. The NGA includes an information centre-library and a café. The facilities are well-appointed for individuals with movement disability and for parents with strollers.
