New National Concert Hall to Open in 2026

A brand-new cultural venue in Vilnius is due to open its doors in 2026. Designed to host top-level classical music performances, the National Concert Hall will also be suitable for exhibitions, conferences, and events. The 20,000m2 complex will rise at the top of Tauras Hill, a historic area in the heart of Vilnius. A seamless connection of green zones and a pedestrian overpass connecting the old and new parts of the city will be created as part of the project.

The National Concert Hall will feature three separate halls and a fabulous lobby area, perfect for gala dinners and networking events. The Grand Concert Hall will accommodate up to 1,600 guests and be adapted for classical music concerts, with a stage and an orchestra pit. The Small Hall will be a multifunctional, professional performing arts hall with 500 seats. The third hall will be dedicated to educational activities and various events, with a maximum capacity of up to 220 delegates.

The surrounding area will contain a beautiful park with outdoor art exhibitions, an observation deck and cafe. Plus, a parking lot for cars and buses will be installed underground. The National Concert Hall is expected to become an event and art hub, as well as a meeting point for locals and city guests.
