From May 21–24, 2026, Vilnius will host the EuroHockey Club Challenge III Men 2026, bringing European field hockey clubs, athletes and officials to the Lithuanian capital. Matches will take place at the ŽemynaGymnasium stadium.
Organised within the European Hockey Federation (EHF) competition structure, the tournament is one of the official European club competitions and will welcome around 155 athletes and officials representingclubs from Lithuania, Finland, Norway, Bulgaria and Slovenia. Over four days, clubs will compete not only for the tournament title, but also for promotion to a higher tier within the EuroHockey club system.
The tournament will be hosted by Vilnius-based club Sostinės Žuvėdra, a multiple-time Lithuanian champion regularly representing the country in European competitions.
For Vilnius, the tournament further strengthens the city’s growing portfolio of international sports events and its experience in hosting official European federation competitions.
