New 7,500-Square-Metre the V Spa & Wellness Center in Vilnius!

On January 29, the new 7,500-square-metre The V SPA & Wellness center will open its doors within the territory of the Vilnius Grand Resort. The wing of the wellness center dedicated to the medical facilities is planned to be completed by the end May 2020 bringing the overall size of the center to 9000sg.m., by far the largest in the Baltic states. It took us some three years of dedicated research to identify the best available technologies and methods which are to be employed in order to provide effective treatments for weight loss, detoxication and overall rejuvenation of human body, providing tailor made programs supervised individually by doctors. The budget of the entire turn key project comes in access of 20million euros.

Vilnius Grand Resort will become the first resort hotel in Vilnius County to offer all SPA treatments as well as sport, beauty, holistic and medical health services. Being the closest SPA center to Vilnius International Airport, The V SPAhas ambitions to turn the Lithuanian capital into a leading resort destination.

“The new SPA and wellness center is set among 280 hectares of verdant countryside and sprawling by pine and birch forest. With overwhelming lake scenery, it is most definitely a unique location that welcomes leisure and recreation. and at the same time  It is on the doorsteps of Vilnius. The city inhabitants will have a chance to immerse them self into the spa and wellness activities.

After the SPA treatments, our foreign clients will be able to enjoy culture and historical tourism the Vilnius Old Town as well as various events in the city.

We hope the SPA and wellness CENTRE will attract a lot more guests to the resort. Our forecast is that 60 percent of the customer base will come from Lithuania and the other 40 will consist of foreign guests from neighboring countries and the European Union.

The new SPA and wellness center will provide a variety treatments and programs dedicated to the wellbeing of the visitors. The SPAwill have two separate pool zones, six saunas, twenty-four treatment rooms, a healthy-food Japanese restaurant, two bars, yoga, Pilates and two gym facilities.

The V SPAwas designed by the Lithuanian architect team Ponama. All construction and installation works of the Spa have already been completed, the official opening date is set on January 29, 2020. The gift vouchers of the new center will go on sale on December 16, just before the holidays.

“The wide range of state-of-the-art services in the new center inspired us to look for an adequate spatial expression that would focus on each individual person and their well-being. We made the design with all its complexity in mind, so that different elements of the territory would have matching materials and dominant natural colors” explained architect Natalija Baran.

Besides the new SPA and wellnesscenter within the territory (280ha) the ambitious plans of the investor is to complete the following stages:
