For more than a decade, Lithuania has been rapidly expanding its Global Business Services (GBS) sector. What began as basic operational support functions has evolved into advanced, high-value competence centers. By 2025, the sector employs over 27,000 specialists, with Vilnius leading the country by hosting 72 GBS centers, which is more than 70 % of all centers in Lithuania.
