In Vilnius’ bohemian Užupis district, known for its art and creative character, a rather unexpected event space lies beneath the historic Lascari House in Jonas Mekas Skersvėjas.
The 245 sq. m private garage can host up to 70 guests and is home to a collection of Porsche RS models. The cars are more than décor here – they become distinctive guests at meetings and dinners. For organisers who need more room and flexibility, OBS Arena offers 600 sq. m of multifunctional event space. It can accommodate up to 400 guests, making it suitable for conferences, launches, award ceremonies and gala dinners.
One of its defining features is its Porsche collection, displayed as part of the event space. The venue also has 12 high-end racing simulators that can be incorporated into the programme as a networking activity, team challenge or friendly competition between delegates – or removed when additional space is needed.

Beyond the interior, a 600 sq. m covered courtyard offers even more possibilities. Depending on the occasion, it can become an open-air cinema, an activity space or a relaxed area for catering and networking. Guests can even arrive directly into the courtyard by privately chartered train.
