International House Vilnius Information Specialist (Fixed-term.) 

International House Vilnius is the best friend of every foreigner relocating to Vilnius – our goal is to make the relocation and integration process as smooth as butter. For this purpose, we are looking for a colleague who will provide foreigners with consultations about relocation processes and life in Vilnius.    

By joining us, you will be in charge of: 

• Gaining master knowledge of relocation and integration processes in Vilnius and sharing it with the foreigners in need. 

• Providing consultations at International House Vilnius and remotely, in both English and Russian.

• Keeping up with the latest news about procedures in relevant areas. 

• Being a true ambassador of Vilnius.

• You should have customer service experience and, most importantly, be a people person. Constant communication and cooperation will be part of your daily routine.

• Excellent knowledge of English and Russian are a must to communicate with our clients.

Additional information:  

• Estimated monthly salary, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications: EUR 1800-2000 (gross).  

• The position is fixed term until 2028/10/01
