In Lithuania, the existing lockdown is extended until 1 of June, 2021 but the restrictions are eased for events, trade, cultural, sports and catering establishments.
Meetings & Events will be allowed to host up to 150 participants, while adhering to the set requirements. Indoor events will only be allowed to take place at maximum 30% seating capacity. It will not be allowed to sell food and beverages or to provide other services during these events.
Catering facilities (restaurants, cafés, bars) may reopen and operate from 7.00 to 21.00. Food and drinks will be consumed while seated at a table outside with up to 2 people at the table except members of one family and/or one household. Catering facilities may also reopen at seaport and airport passenger departure terminals. Face masks are not required in open spaces, where there are no other people except family members within the radius of 2 metres. Face masks are mandatory in common areas of accommodation facilities, indoors.
All points of sale will reopen (those in marketplaces as of 3 May), but shopping centres, and other shops or sale outlets will have to stay closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
Passengers on public transport will be allowed to travel both sitting and standing, provided that a distance of at least one meter is maintained between them.
