Building on the success of last year’s event, the 2017 Baltic Strategic SSC Conference has once again chosen to meet in Vilnius, the region’s fastest-growing and most attractive SSC destination. The conference will be held at the Radisson Blu Hotel Lietuva on 17-18 October and will serve as an ideal opportunity for decision makers and industry movers and shakers to share, discuss and apply new ideas aimed at tackling the most pressing challenges faced by SSCs through advanced automation, improved productivity, and increased competitiveness.
“Lithuania, and Vilnius in particular, have set the bar very high in terms of quality infrastructure and a favourable business environment for SSCs to settle and grow. In this context, and with the strong support we received from the industry last year, it was obvious for us to return to Vilnius for the 2nd Baltic Strategic SSC Conference. We hope to use the conference to work on long-term objectives that will benefit the entire sector in the region,” said Jules Hudry-Prodon, Managing Director of Connect Minds, the company organising the conference.
The conference will feature corporate speakers with the highest level of seniority in the SSC arena talking about their experience and network with like-minded professionals wishing to shape the future of the regional industry together.
The 2nd Baltic Strategic SSC Conference is expected to gather some 60 delegates from across the Baltic Region as well as Central and Eastern Europe. Vilnius’ SSC sector has grown by 82% over the last three years and is made up of over 23,000 experienced professionals carrying out services in English and 30 other languages.
